Day 19: Tell the story of a man who lives in a motel.
The world burned and mankind was nearly wiped off the map. People gathered together wherever they could, seeking shelter from the harsh environment. One man found himself alone and set off to find safety. After weeks of searching, he stumbled upon an abandoned motel. Why no one else had settled there was beyond him. Not that he could afford to be picky. He moved in and soon the days became routine. Sunrise to sunset, he cleared debris and gathered supplies, stockpiling everything in his room. He had no idea how long he could or would stay there but the thought of leaving made his heart pound. He’d rather hunker down, ignore the outside world and hope things didn’t get any worse.
